Here is a nice high protein breakfast I came across over the internet. Have a go.

Bacon and Regatto Scramble
A special breakfast treat

Ingredients (Serves 2)
2-3 streaky rashers, diced
6 cherry tomatoes
4 Quality Assured eggs
2 tablesp. Milk
2 tablesp. grated Regatto cheese
2 tablesp. chives, chopped
Salt and black pepper
Soda bread/ farls to serve

To cook
Sauté the bacon in a non-stick pan until fully cooked. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Beat the eggs with the milk, cheese, chives and seasoning. Add the mixture to the cooked bacon and continue cooking over a gentle heat until just scrambled. Serve on toasted buttered soda bread.[u][b]
